In the order dated 18.09.2025 inadvertently the 23.12.2025 Court No. 35 D/L No.05 Rakib number of the case number in the Cause Title has been typed as 8WPA 29088 of 20259 - the same is incorrect and the correct number is 8WPA 29088 of 20249. Let the same be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 18.09.2025.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections.
