It appears from the report that the documents produced by the petitioner before the investigating agency to substantiate her Indian citizenship have been verified and found to be genuine.

In view of the above, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner, Suwity Robe Mondal @ Sweety Robi Mondal be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties of like Signed By :

amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas subject to condition that she shall remain within the jurisdiction of Basirhat P.S. and shall appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing fixed by the Court. The petitioner shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. In the event the petitioner fails to appear before the learned Trial Court on any date without any justifiable cause, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel her bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 163 of 2024, is disposed of.
