Corporation ought not to carry out any further demolition work.

Be that as it may, as it appears that the petitioner in CPAN 46 of 2024 is not represented today, the contempt application stands dismissed for default. 5.

CPAN 1180 of 2024 stands disposed of as according to the Corporation, the demolition work has already been carried out as far as practicable. 6.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties or their advocates on record expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
