It is submitted by the parties that the recommendation has traveled from the office of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Bardhaman to the office of the School Service Commission. The Commission is in the process of issuing orders for transfer.

It is expected that such orders shall be passed by June 15, 2023.

This Court appreciates the personal presence of the alleged contemnor no. 1, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

It is clarified that all Senior Officials of the State may cause appearance before this

Court online and need not abandon their station of work.

The alleged contemnor no. 2, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Bardhaman is also present in Court today.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

The action taken report of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Bardhaman is kept with the record.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
