The conduct of the petitioner itself is abysmal. The writ petition was filed on December 20, 2022. No steps were taken by the petitioner to have the writ petition listed and disposed of. The only order in the file is dated May 16, 2023 which records that non appeared for the writ petitioner.

In such circumstances, we are unable to accede to the request of the writ petitioner for a direction upon the Tribunal for an early disposal given the conduct of the petitioner as noted above. W.P.L.R.T.187 of 2022 is dispose of accordingly.
