Last order of the learned Trial Judge is dated March 3, 2025 where the application of the prosecution under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. dated February 11, 2025 was allowed. Next date fixed at the trial is on March 21, 2025 for production and further evidence.

Since the trial is at the fag end and given the materials on record as against the petitioner, we are not inclined to

grant bail to the petitioner and the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (DB) 4282 of 2024 stands dismissed.
