Kotwali Police Station, Krishnanagar Police District has filed a report dated 1st March, 2023. The same is kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that Title Suit No. 256 of 2013 renumbered as Title Suit No. 486 of 2015 has been dismissed for default on 27th July, 2022.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

It is, however, made clear that if the suit is revived and the directions and interim order are restored, Kotwali Police Station shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court. There will be no order as to costs.
