Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and the alleged contemnor.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that arrear dues for the period from 12th May, 1999 to 13th September, 2007 has already been released in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 02nd January, 2025. However, other part of the order, whereby concerned State/respondents were directed to refix the pay of the petitioner from 14th September, 2007 when the petitioner joined the second school, is not complied with.

Mr.

Shahi, learned Additional Government Pleader, prays for accommodation to comply the order dated 02nd January, 2025 by refixing the pay of the petitioner from 14th September, 2007.
