Inadvertent typographical error had crept into orders dated 28.03.2023, 31.03.2023 and 03.04.2023.

In the cause title portion of the orders dated 28.03.2023, 31.03.2023 and 03.04.2023 the words "CRR 3270 of 2014" shall be read as "CRR 3270 of 2013".

In the 2nd Paragraph of the 2nd line of the order dated 03.04.2023 the words "CRR 3270 of 2014" shall be "CRR 3270 of 2013".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the orders dated 28.03.2023, 31.03.2023 and 03.04.2023.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
