The contents of the report reflects that the investigation of the case has been closed declaring it as 'civil in nature' and prays for discharge of all the accused persons before the ld. CJM, Alipore in connection with Alipore P.S. Case No. 100 dated 20.11.2023.

Having considered the report so submitted, I am of the view that the prayer so advanced in the present revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 4761 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. However, the petitioner should approach the ld. Trial court for any other remedies available.

A copy of the report has been handed over to the ld. Advocate for the petitioner.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
