1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks extension of time for acting in accordance with the directions passed by the Medical Assessment and Rating Board of Homeopathy dated 11th October, 2024.

3. It appears that, certain guidelines have been published for implementation of the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) in order to streamline the attendance of the teachers, post graduate scholars and interns. This decision for implementation of AEBAS was initially passed in the year 2018 and time was extended on a couple of occasions and lastly on 11th October, 2024. The petitioner, Homeopathy College, is yet to act in accordance with the said direction.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, at least three months' time may be granted to the College.

5. On a perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, there is nothing on record to suggest that, the petitioner made any prayer before the authority seeking extension of time. In the absence of a formal request, the Court will not be in as position to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

7. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority seeking extension of time for implementation of AEBAS, if so advised.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
