05.07.2024 cm CRR 3833 of 2012 (Anupam Pal. -vs- State & Anr.) Inadvertently typographical error crept in order dated 24.05.2024.

In the 1st line of the 5th Paragraph of the order dated 24.05.2024 'revisional' shall be read as 'revisional application. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 24.05.2024.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
