So far as the complaint of the petitioner is concerned, which has been addressed to the Inspectorin-charge, Raidighi P.S., the report submitted by the State reflects that Raidighi P.S. Case No. 636 of 2024 dated 5.12.2024 has been registered for investigation. Petitioner has also been served with a notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS in connection with Central Police Station, Whitefield C.R. No. 984 of 2024 under the relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also BNS 2023 by the Assistant Commissioner of Police CEN Police Station Whitefield Bengaluru.

Learned advocate by drawing the attention of the Court submits that the notices were served on dates

which referred for appearance in respect of a prior date and as such compliance was impossible for the petitioner to be made.

So far as the case relating to Bengaluru is concerned, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Court or the High Court of Karnataka. No interference is made in respect of the said case.

Report so submitted is kept with the record.

Copy of the report handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

With the above observations, WPA 29026 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
