Petitioner before us is the husband.

Allegation of Section 313 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at the barest minimum stands corroborated.

Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner was involved in demanding dowry and torturing the de facto complainant.

Considering such aspects, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5522 of 2023 is dismissed.
