Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner and co-accused threw bombs resulting in injuries on police personnel. Co-accused who has been enlarged on bail is a lady and petitioner cannot claim parity with her. Bail prayer of other co-accused has been rejected earlier.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
