The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for recruitment in the Post of Assistant Teachers in Government Schools.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she applied to the Commission under the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005 to know her result in the written examination of the said selection test but the Commission did not respond to her said application. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the commission has informed her client that her academic score was 31 and OMR score was 50 in the said selection test.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition, W.P.A. 28897 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

The photocopy of the information dated January 30, 2023 supplied by the commission to the petitioner be kept with the record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
