Report dated 05.04.2024 submitted by Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Directorate of Economic Offences, Government of West Bengal be kept with the record. The present revisional application has been preferred in connection with Beniapukur Police Station Case No. 181 of 2022 dated 16.04.2022. The subject-matter of property has nothing to do with ponzi scheme. However, the present petitioner before this Court viz. Shabnam Parveen @ Shabbo is a tenant in respect of the property being 1st Floor, 7B, Dehi Serampore Road, Beniapukur, Kolkata.

The petitioner is granted permission to open the padlock and use the property, but under no circumstances, she in any form or the other can either hand over, alienate or ask any other person to use the aforesaid property being 1st Floor, 7B, Dehi Serampore Road, Beniapukur, Kolkata. In case some other person is found in the said property, it would

be the absolute right of the police authorities to remove them from the said property.

The said report also reflects that the Investigating Officer of the case has sent a letter to IG, Registration & Commissioner of Stamp Revenue, Directorate of Registration and Stamp Revenue, West Bengal.

A letter be sent in respect of the said property to the above authorities so that the said property cannot be sold by the owner also without the permission of the Investigating Officer of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4757 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
