Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das ...for the State. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners were involved in forging the notarial stamp of a notary and also other documents in order to obtain documents of a government agency.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5520 of 2023 is dismissed.
