1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the G.R. Case No. 701 of 2012 arising out of Rajarhat Police Station Case No. 22 of 2012 dated 10.02.2012 under Section 468/ 471/ 420/ 120B/ 323/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat.

2. Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned counsel usually represents on behalf of the State, is requested to represent the State in this case. His appointment be regularised by the competent authority.

3. It is submitted that the case is pending since 2012.

4. In these circumstances, I find no other option but to request the Learned Trial Judge to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has further submitted that next date has been fixed in the month of November, 2025.

6. In this regard Learned Trial Judge is requested to prepond the date, if possible, after giving notice to the State.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
