The petitioners claim that they had been cultivating the land which is referred to in the writ petition.

According to the petitioners, the private respondents are attempting to dispossess them from the land where they had been cultivating.

Having regard to the nature of the prayers which are advanced in the writ petition, I direct the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate remedies, in view of the nature of the contentions in the writ petition prima facie it reflects that civil dispute exists between the parties. The police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place in respect of the subject property in dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 29190 of 2024 is disposed of.
