The information was sent to the P.S., i.e., O.C. Frezerganj Coastal Police Station dated 3.1.2023. Having considered that more than an year has passed since the information was furnished before the O.C., I direct that petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh information with the O.C. Frezerganj Coastal Police Station. In case such an information is furnished, police authorities would act in accordance with law after exercising their due diligence.

Report so submitted be kept with the records. With the above observations, WPA 28000 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
