The learned advocate representing the petitioner submitted to have filed an application being CAN 1 of 2025 which inter alia stated due to ill health of the advocate on record the she could not appear before the Court on the earlier date and the matter was dismissed for default on 1st August, 2025.

Considering the averments made in the aforesaid CAN application which was found to be satisfactory and for ends of justice, the restoration application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands allowed.

The instant writ petition stands restored to its original file and number. The order dated 1st August, 2025 passed by this Court is recalled.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner has filed affidavit-in-reply. Let the same be kept on record.

The pleadings are completed. The writ petition is ready for hearing.
