The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into FIR No.1377/22 dated 17th October, 2022 registered by the Berhampur Police Station.

The petitioner's wife has registered a complaint with the Women Police Station Berhampur against the petitioner under sections 498A, 506, 307, 503 of the IPC.

Likewise the petitioner has registered a complaint against his wife that has been registered as FIR No.1377/22 dated 17th October, 2022 under sections 341, 325, 379, 506, 34 of the IPC.

It is ordered that the investigation into the aforesaid FIRs be completed by the Berhampur Police Station as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
