The petitioners are arraigned in a case under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code being Arambagh P.S. Case No. 135 of 2021 dated 18th April, 2021 corresponding to S.C. Case No. 79 of 2022 and S. T. Case No. 75 of 2022. At the outset I like to record that in the aforesaid case charge sheet has been filed and the case was

committed to the Court of Sessions and Sessions Trial number is given maintaining thereby the charge has already been framed against the accused persons.

On factual score it is found that the victim and the petitioner had love relationship for two and half years before his committing suicide. Subsequently, the petitioner No.1 and others snapped the relationship with the victim and established love relationship with another person. The victim could not accept such an incident committed by her ladylove, Deborima. So, he decided to end his life by committing suicide. Before committing suicide he had left a suicidal note indicating the petitioner No.1 and her mother responsible for his death.

In view of the aforesaid fact and specially when trial of the case has already been started I do not find any reason to admit the instant revision.

Accordingly, the instant revision is summarily dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to take all available defence at the time of trial.
