This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioners to appear in the interview for filling up the post of Peon in a High School which was scheduled to be held on December 19, 2007.

It is evident from the record that by an order dated December 18, 2007 the petitioners were permitted to appear at the said interview.

Therefore, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
