1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Petitioner participated in the selection process for being appointed as Constable (GD) under Central Armed Police Forces.

3. However, in detailed medical examination as well as review medical examination petitioner was declared unfit as it was found that petitioner was suffering from hypertension.

4. Learned advocate representing the petitioner based on medical documents issued by different medical authorities disputes the report prepared by the concerned respondent authority in detailed medical examination and review medical examination. According to the petitioner he is not suffering from hypertension.

5. In view of the norms relating to the selection procedure for recruiting in the post of Constable (GD) under Central Armed Police Forces a candidate has to qualify in medical test.

6. Petitioner participated in detailed medical examination which was conducted on 14th November, 2025.

In detailed medical examination petitioner was declared unfit due to hypertension. Petitioner preferred review and in review medical examination petitioner was again declared unfit due to hypertension. From review medical report dated 19th November, 2025 it transpires that thrice blood pressure of the petitioner was measured and the results are-170/100, 166/100 and 170/100.

Petitioner may have been medically examined by other medical experts but this Court cannot shut its eyes to the review medical examination report dated 19th November, 2025 which discloses petitioner is suffering from hypertension and measurement of blood pressure of the petitioner is disclosed therein.

8. In view of aforesaid situation no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

9. Writ petition stands dismissed.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
