Petitioner has challenged the proceedings of Karaya P. S. Case No. 41 dated 20-02-2023 wherein chargesheet was submitted under Section 324/506/114 of the Indian Penal Code. None of the documents under Section 207 Cr.PC has been enclosed. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that he is unaware as to whether the documents under Section 207 Cr.PC have been supplied to the present petitioners.

The present revisional application is a premature application. Petitioner would be at liberty to take up all the issues at the stage of Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure after receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial court. Needless to state that the learned trial court would consider the said application under Section 239 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure independently without being influenced by any observations made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 4767 of 2023 is disposed of.
