1. Petitioner was recovered from his home bolted from inside along with two other persons namely, his wife and child. Both of whom died.

2. Petitioner is required to explain the death of those two persons.

3. Death of those two persons are homicidal in nature as appearing from the Post Mortem Report.

4. Materials placed on record suggest involvement of the petitioner in a double murder.

5. Despite the period of custody of 557 days of the petitioner we do not find it desirable to enlarge the bail to the petitioner, more so since trial is in progress.
