Mr. Asish Kumar Guha Mr. Benazir Ahmed ..for the State The petitioners complain that some of the family members have been implicated in the murder case and consequent to which the villagers have formed the committee thereby not allowing the present petitioners to stay at the residence and are also interfering with the property of the petitioners.

To that effect police authorities have already registered a case being Raidighi P.S. Case No. 638/2024, another case has been started being Raidighi P.S. Case No. 639/2024 on the same date. Another case being Raidighi P.S. Case No. 644/2024 dated 07.12.2024 has also been registered.

In view of the fact that number of cases have been registered, the present petitioners being ladies should be allowed to stay at their residence. Police authorities will dissuade the hostile attitude of the villagers of the

committee referred to in the complaint.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, having Charge of Raidighi PS would also depute appropriate police personnel to keep a strict vigil so that no untoward incident takes place when the present petitioners enter the village and or stay at their residence.

Petitioners are also granted liberty that subsequently, if any, issues crop up disturbing their life and property, they would bring the same to the notice of the court in seisin of Raidighi P.S. Case No. 569/2024. Report so submitted is kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

With the above observations, WPA 29121 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
