I direct the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance, being the respondent no. 4, to look into the matter and to pay the said amount to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that her client is not interested to take the interest on the arrear amount.

Therefore, the arrear amount is to be paid without interest within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
