Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the next date for appearance of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram has been fixed on 9th June, 2026. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the said learned Court on that date.

Since the petitioner challenges the maintainability of the complaint lodged before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram, she is at liberty to place her contention expressed in the present application before the appropriate Court.

No fruitful purpose shall be served in keeping the writ petition pending. The same is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
