We have considered the reports dated December 04, 2024 filed by the Inspector of Police, Chanditala Police Station, Hooghly Rural Police, and dated December 05, 2024 filed by the Officer-inCharge, Domjur Police Station, Howrah Police Commissionerate. We have also considered the communication dated December 06, 2024 sent by the Station House Officer, P. S. Market, Hyderabad City, to the Station House Officer, P.S. Domjur, Howrah City Police. It appears that the missing person, i.e., Kishore Kumar Ghosh, has been produced before the XXII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Secunderabad, Telengana State, on December 04, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, it cannot be said that the concerned person is missing any more. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner says that there is gross illegality and irregularity in the Signed By :

process of taking the missing person into custody and producing him before the learned Magistrate as indicated above. We reserve liberty to the petitioner to urge all such points before the appropriate forum. 4.

However, in view of the fact that the concerned person cannot be any more said to be missing, we do not deem it necessary to keep this writ application pending. The writ application is, thus, disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of all necessary formalities.
