This matter appears for correction and typographical error in judgment dated 30.4.2024.

At the first page the representation of the learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner should be read as "Mr. Bidyut Kiran Mukherjee, learned senior advocate"

At paragraph 6 page 4 in the first line learned advocate should read as "learned senior advocate".

At page 7 paragraph 13 at the second last line the "learned SDJM Suri" should be read as " learned SDJM Puri". The office is directed to incorporate such correction in the body of the judgment.

Remaining portion of the judgment should be remain unaltered.

Let this order be made part of this Judgment dated 30.4.2024.
