Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted the victim resulting in grievous injuries and hospitalization. 3.

In view of the grievous nature of injury and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
