Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner very fairly submits that since the impugned order of the Disciplinary Authority dismissing the petitioner is an appealable order under the statute and he wants to avail this remedy and considering his such submission this writ petition being WPA 28939 of 2022 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the statutory alternative remedy and to take all the points before the said Authority which has been raised in this writ petition.
