The husband of the petitioner was an approved Assistant Teacher of Kalitala L.K. High School (H.S.), District-Murshidabad. He died-inharness on January 04, 2020. The petitioner is praying appointment on compassionate ground.

The Headmaster of the said school has forwarded the application of the petitioner for such appointment along with relevant papers to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District: Murshidabad, the respondent no.3 herein.

The petitioner is complaining that till date, the said application has failed to draw the attention of the said respondent.

The said application is annexed with the writ petition being Annexure 'P-4'.

The respondent no.3 is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving her an

opportunity of hearing and to dispose of it within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 28938 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
