1. The petitioner claims to be the wife of an army personnel with whom she has an acrimonious relationship. She raises certain private grievances and allegations against her husband.

2. She prays for a direction upon the respondent army authority to deduct a portion of the salary of her husband and credit the same in the account of the petitioner for her maintenance.

3. None represents the respondents.

4. After hearing the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and on perusal of the documents annexed to the writ petition, I am afraid that the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained by the writ Court.

5. The husband of the petitioner is in the army and all communications annexed to the writ petition are against the respondent army.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

7. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
