Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated due to political rivalry. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the victim and injury report show victim suffered acid burn injuries on his hand, a non-vital part of the body. In such view of the matter we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
