However, the report submitted by the State reflects that there has been compliance of the conditions. As such, the earlier directions are modified to the limited extent that so far as the meeting with the Officer-in-charge of Berhampore Police Station is concerned, the same is hereby waived and, so far as the jurisdiction is concerned, the petitioner will not leave the district of Murshidabad without prior permission of the learned court in seisin of the case. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
