1. Victim expired at her matrimonial home.

2. Petitioner before us is the husband.

3. Post Mortem Report of the victim states that, death was due to manual strangulation of throat.

4. That apart, body of the victim contains other injury marks of assault.

5. It is for the petitioner to explain the death of the victim occurring at her matrimonial home.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
