1. Both parties are represented through their learned advocates.

2. There is an inadvertent error in the order dated March 20, 2026. The date of hearing and judgment has been advertently typed as "23.03.2026". The same should be corrected by deleting the date "23.03.2026"

and incorporating the date "20.03.2026" in its place and stead.

3. The date of the order on the server shall also be corrected accordingly.

4. Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the order dated March 20, 2026.

5. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
