2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the respondent authorities are, time and again, issuing tender notice for food and ice cream stall at Zoological Garden, Alipore. But every time the authorities have cancelled the tender process on the ground of administrative reason.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made representation to the authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and to complete the tender process so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender process.

4. This Court finds that though the authorities have issued tendered notices but subsequently, the same have been cancelled due to administrative reasons. Thus, this Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not

prevent the petitioner to challenge any further cause of action in future.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
