...... petitioners Mr. Amal Krishna Samanta ....for the petitioners Mr. Antarikhya Basu ....for the State Petitioners stand implicated by the victim recording statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code in abduction and child marriage.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 5531 of 2023 is disposed of.
