1. Petitioner submits there is no recovery from his possession. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. State submits co-accused had been apprehended while coming out of the petitioner's residence with narcotics i.e. 50 bottles of Phensedyl.

3. We have considered material-on-record.

Co-accused was apprehended by police personnel while coming out of the petitioner's residence with 50 bottles of Phensedyl. Petitioner fled away from the spot.

4. In light of the aforesaid materials and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. C.R.M. (NDPS) 1929 of 2024 is rejected.
