Dostidar ... for the State Heard the submissions made on behalf of the review applicant. Specific attention of the Court has been drawn to the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 27th of November, 2020 in WPA No. 7866 of 2020. Attention of the Court has also been drawn to the option form allegedly submitted by the petitioner on 24th of December, 1991.

It appears from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the issues that are placed before this Court today were already placed before this Court

at the time of hearing and disposal of the writ petition.

It does not appear that there is any apparent illegality or any error in the order dated 30th of November, 2022 which is sought to be reviewed.

The Court is not convinced with the grounds made out in the review application and is of the opinion that in the facts and circumstances of the case the application for review will not be maintainable.

Accordingly, the application for review stands dismissed.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
