(Through Video Conference) Mr. Jahar Lal De, Ms. Smita Das Dey ...for the State This writ petition was filed in the year 2017 and no one is present today on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the same.

Having examined the record, we find that the petitioner is seeking a direction to take action against the respondent no.4 in respect of some irregularities in the Scheme of NGR.

The petition discloses that on the death of the petitioner's father the heirship certificate was applied which was issued in the name of only the brother of the petitioner by respondent no.4. Hence, the petition appears to have been filed out of vengeance and it cannot be termed as a bona fide petition.

That apart, we also notice that there is no reliable material enclosed by the petitioner along with the petition in respect of alleged irregularities in the NGR scheme.

Hence, we do not find any reason to entertain this

petition which is accordingly dismissed.
