Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an ex-member of the Cooperative Society. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Apparently, the loans were disbursed by the Cooperative Society without proper security.

The petitioner was a member of the Cooperative Society at the material point of time when the disbursement took place. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner.

It cannot be said that there is no requirement of custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 6085 of 2022 is dismissed.
