2. Out of 11 prosecution witnesses, 5 were examined.

3. One of the prosecution witnesses at least implicates the petitioner in penetrative sexual assault on a minor.

4. This finding we return at the invitation of the petitioner since we are requested to evaluate the evidence led at the trial at the stage of grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Desirability to enlarge the petitioner on bail is not felt given the materials on record.

6. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
