1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that an order of 12th August, 2025, passed by the respondent no. 2 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") has not yet been executed, primarily due to the lethargy of the police authorities.

3. Mr. Basu, learned Advocate appearing for the State authorities, submits that the cost of police assistance has now been quantified and has also been intimated to the petitioner by a letter of December 19, 2025, a copy of which is kept on record.

4. The police authorities will render all assistance to the petitioner to enable it to take over such asset

in terms with the provisions of the SARFAESI Act, upon the petitioner depositing the entire sum as stipulated in the letter of December 19, 2025.

5. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

7. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
