Learned advocate representing the applicants alleges violation of the order dated 26th November, 2024 passed by this Court on the connected writ petition.

On perusal of the order dated 26th November, 2024, it appears that Court granted liberty to the applicants to obtain succession certificate and submit the same before the concerned State authority for releasing benefits. 3.

However, no time was fixed by this Court for completing the exercise by concerned State authorities at the time of disposing the writ petition on 26th November, 2024 taking note of the fact that at the time of disposal of the said writ petition petitioners could not obtain succession certificate. 4.

Hence, contempt application is not maintainable and same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps, in accordance with law.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon usual undertakings. (SAUGATA BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
